Schema Therapy Skills
Schema Therapy Skills provides training workshops at my office in East Finchley. These workshops focus on specific skills from schema therapy that are extremely useful for and applicable to therapists working in other modalities. They run as either one- or two-day workshops and group sizes are small (maximum eight people), so there is plenty of time for questions, discussion, skills practice and help with therapeutic challenges and your most difficult cases. I also lecture in various settings on CBT, mindfulness and schema therapy, as well as writing about all aspects of mental health, psychology and wellbeing.
