Scratch and Dent Paisley - I would never shop here again ever
Even the one star is too much. They delivered broken goods in poor state of repair took them away to repair ,leaving me with a loan appliance which too was broken , were rude and abusive and took four months to provide a replacement after many phonecalls and failed delivery dates . which , yep youv guessed it didnt work. Then said they were doing me a favour because the guarantee had expired three months previously. Even though I had never actually had a working appliance and it had taken them four months to finally take the loan appliance away. Was then informed the company has changed hands and that they didnt have to honour the guarantee , he became confused when I asked him why if that was the case had it been his dad from whom I purchased the original appliance that came to deliver the new broken one and why did they then take the loan appliance back if it wasnt theirs. grrrrr at scratch and dent the most shambolic useless company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with , of course this is all my own opinion and feel free to try them but if you do be warned youll probably end up on here venting frustration like me. END RESULT FOR ME = FIVE MONTHS OF HAVING NO APPLIANCE AND NO CHANCE OF MONEY BACK . oh well trading standards here I come.

stole my money
I had when into this shop to buy a tunble dryer they said it woukd get deliverd the next day I never rcieved it I waited and waited 3 weeks later I ask for my money back and am still waiting on it every time I go in they say they dont have it and to come back the next day plz dont buy anything from here they will.just take ur.money and u will never get what u paid for
