Staff Development and Learning Management

SDMS V Staff Development for Windows is a simple and easy system to use but very comprehensive training administration. Its easy to use course administration and booking features allow you to keep the costs of training and the time spent managing it to a minimum while at the same time devoting more time to improving the quality of training. Comprehensive in scope and rich in functionality; the latest version of SDMS V Staff Development for Windows will ensure that you are at the forefront of best practice in staff development. With its web self service options it will support both your strategic ambitions and the practicalities of day-to-day administration for employee and partner training.

The system supports full course management and administration. Data is collected at the proposal, planning, application and approval or nomination stages. Course planning and scheduling, course advertising, enrolments and attendance are all supported. If required, qualifications and competencies resulting from successful participation in the course can be held, together with provider and trainer details.

It provides a means of fully incorporating training and development into overall business planning, as well as for organising and delivering all forms of training and development from traditional courses to open learning. Integration with e-Learning is provided. And, of course, date clash checking for trainers, events and delegates is standard, to help with the practicalities of planning and scheduling.

HRPersonnel For Windows

SDMS V HRPersonnel for Windows is more than a personnel system. It encompasses all the major functions of today's personnel and training department providing a mission critical system to ensure the best in Human Resource management practice from recruitment to retirement. To guarantee that your personnel and training department is never left wanting; the software is modular in design with a truly functional Core System and and extensive range of optional modules: from Training Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Pay Details and Payroll Integration. It provides a single database for all personnel data, abolishing the need for double keying.

And with its Self-Serve Web Access Module, you can simplify and reduce administration costs and overheads still further by moving those time consuming administration jobs to the web or intranet with the e-HRP.net Web Access Option.

SDMS V HRPersonnel : e.HRP V2 Module

e-HRP.Net Web Access Module provides a fully dynamic intranet and web access system for SDMS V HRPersonnel for Windows. It helps you simplify and reduce the cost of many day to day administration tasks by providing easy to use browser access for employees, managers and administrators. Cut out unnecessary paper forms and the time taken to complete them, and at the same time improve communication and collaborative working with between staff.

Whether you are an employee who needs to update a change of address or new mobile telephone number, a manager that needs to review a completed absence form before passing it to finance or a member of the training unit who needs to process applications for external training; your role is addressed with this module.

The e-HRP.Net is fully integrated with SDMS V HRPersonnel for Windows. When a member of staff or a manager changes and updates information in e-HRP.Net; this appears in HRPersonnel as the “back office". An Audit of what has been entered or changed, who by and when are shown both on the e-HRP web page and the back office system. Similarly when new information is entered or changed in HRPersonnel as the “back office" the date, time and who made the change is then shown in the web page.

SDMS V Staff Development : eSD.Net Module

The e-SD.Net Web Access Module provides a seamless and fully dynamic intranet and web access system for SDMS V Staff Development and Learning Management for Windows. Designed for the smaller business who want to reap the benefits of supporting employee training and learning with online access; e-SD.Net provides a simple and cost effective web solution. Simple and easy to use and simple and easy to implement.

e-SD.Net helps you simplify and reduce the cost of updating employee records and training course applications by providing easy to use browser access for employees, managers and administrators.

Whether you are an employee who needs to update your own contact details, training needs or CPD record, a manager who needs to approve applications for training before passing them to the central training department or a member of the training unit itself who needs to process applications for external training; your need is addressed with e-SD.Net. With its user definable and configurable access levels you can switch on or off what you need at that time. It can be configured to limit what areas can be accessed and how. You may not want staff or employees to update their own training needs – in which case this can be restricted to the departmental administrator, or Line Manager or switched off altogether. Likewise; applications for training may be reserved for the central training unit with no “gatekeeper" access for On Line Approval by Line Managers.

SDMS V Football Academy and e-Academy for Windows

SDMS V Academy and Youth Development for Windows Version 6 is the latest and newest release of SDMS Ltd's premier system for player administration and records for Football Academies and Centres of Excellence.

Starting with basic personnel and contact details for each player, whatever age group they belong to the newest version provides all that is required to implement good player administration and record keeping. It is simple and easy to use, but rich in functionality and comprehensive in scope. The system provides many features to assist in compliance with the FA's Programme of Excellence and to audit the Academies compliance with them.

With Version 6, Web and Intranet access is a standard part of the system – either by full web enablement using Citrix XenApp or similar platform technologies or with the web access module of Version 6 itself.

Version 6 also extends the Academy product with the integration of full scouting and medical records, professional player contracts and a full club personnel record into the standard product.

The e-Academy module provides access to player records for Scouts and Coaches (and parents and players themselves). e-Academy Web Access enables viewing and editing prospective and player information plus scheduling and reporting on matches as well as recording individual player assessments.

A Parent Information Portal allows parents to view fixtures, team selection and match and player assessments. e-Academy incorporates an in-built bulletin board communication tool for parents, players, scouts and coaches.

And where you don't want the trouble of setting up your own computers to use SDMS software, it is now available as a hosted service where we deal with all aspects of computer set up, maintenance and backups in return for a monthly fee. No set up fees payable.
