Situated in the heart of the Staffordshire and Derbyshire countryside, in the Catton Hall Estate, Seasoned Cookery School is renowned for delivering over 20 day courses to cater for all needs. From Bread, Baking and Sweet Treats taught by 2012 Great British Bake Off finalist Brendan Lynch to Wild Food and Seasonal Game taught by River Cottage head chef, Tim Maddams, we have something for all taste buds! What makes us different from other cookery schools is that we pride ourself on creating a personal day for you, with expert chefs on hand to answer any culinary questions, from our Seasonal team always there to help and just providing an enjoyable, fun filled day that you will treasure.

Seasoned Cookery School is situated in the heart of the beautiful Staffordshire and Derbyshire Countryside in the Catton Hall estate. With over 20 day cookery courses ranging from 'Best of British meat' to 'Bread, baking & sweet treats', we have something to suit everyone's needs and tastes. Our specialist chefs range from Masterchef finalists to Great British Bake Off finalists.
