SALTERNS PARK

SALTERNS The Salterns park is divided into two separate areas. The Beach Bungalows are adult only and are aptly named by their very close proximity to the beach itself. The Family bungalows are close by but with much more space for the children to play in. From the beautiful grounds and gardens surrounding the Salterns Beach Bungalows you watch the super-liners as they daily pass up and down the Solent waters and enjoy the beautiful views across to the mainland. have front row views of the local sailing regatta's and events regularly held right in front of the bungalows. Equally you can enjoy the peace and tranquility and the calmness that comes with staying in such beautiful surroundings. 75% of our 'beach' guests don't just come back but come several times a year, year after year after year. What more can we say other than we only have 25 x 4 berth bedroom bungalows so you need to book early.

There is adequate car parking facilities and both parks are traffic free except on the days of arrival and departure. Our resident caretaker is on hand to help you.

TOLLGATE....

....is a small estate of 26 semi-detached chalet bungalows situated only 50 yards from the sea.

This park has all 6 berth chalet/bungalows with 3 bedrooms. One twin and one double downstairs with a large double upstairs. N.B. We would point out that the stairs to the upper bedroom are steep.

All the chalet/bungalows have separate kitchens with full size electric cookers and fridges. There is an electric fire and blow heater for cooler evenings.



The shower room includes toilet and wash basin. Ten of the chalets have en-suite facilities to upstairs bedroom (19 & 20 have a bath, all others have showers).

This is a good park for families and couples with car parking next to most bungalows and a large grass play area. Basic items of grocery are stocked at reception and there are daily deliveries of bread, milk and newspapers. Our resident caretaker is on hand to help you and all the facilities of Salterns and Pondwell are available to you.

PONDWELL BUNGALOWS...

...are the ideal place for a quiet family holiday.

All chalets are detached, have colour TV, gas or electric cookers, fridges and all have shower/WC.

Some bedrooms have vanity units and 6 berth chalets have double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and a family suite of twin bedroom, bunk bedroom and hip bath/WC.

All accommodation is well heated with heaters in all bedrooms and coal effect fire in the living area. All gas and electricity is included.

2 berth chalets have electric heaters in the living area and bedroom. Gas and electricity is included.

There are acres of grass for playing games with swings, an adventure playground and sandpits for the children.

The sea and Seaview Village are within easy walking distance. The park shop stocks groceries and there is a small games room, TV room and launderette.
