Unhelpful, sold an item we had reserved to someone else, was not bothered or apologetic when we turned up as arranged the next day to complete the sale. Even made inappropriate comments to my wife when she went into the store on her own! Other reviews have stated this business is one to avoid, we cannot agree with this more.
