Disappointing
the 17th May, I spent £120 with Serendipity on two Lampshades. To this date I am still awaiting a refund. One Month ago after numerous emails I finally got an admission that the goods were no longer available. The Owner Laura Dawson assured me that a refund would be processed that day. This was never done. Despite daily emails requesting my refund it now looks apparent that I will need to go through both the Courts and Police to get my money back. The behaviours demonstrated by Laura and the Company are not those you would associate with an upmarket interior designers. Please avoid so to not have similar disappointment
