Great Service
I used Parkheath to let my property and found them to be a professional friendly agent with lots of advice throughout the whole process. They took time to give me lots of feedback and I was very happy with the service and will 100% use them again

Service with a Smile
Parkheath Estates is a brand and company I would happily promote and endorse and have done on regular occasions to my friends and work colleagues. All the girls in the Rickmansworth Lettings office are a fabulous bunch of conscientious and caring individuals. They are prompt they are quick at replying and responding to queries and always do so with a smile. Nothing seems like a chore for them and I know they have a lot of difficult situations to deal with, but they always stay positive and they know their stuff!

Would Use again & recommend
I have 3 properties that Parkheath Let & Manage for me and am very happy with the service they provide. I am kept in the loop about anything I need to know, and the Managment Department deal with the all the day to day issues. The properties were let in a very short time and I am pleased that I have rental garentee as well. I would happily recommend the Parkheath agency and am going to use them in another area where I also have a rental property as I have had such a good experience with the team at Rickmansworth.

Very Professional Agency
I had a flat that was let and managed by Parkheath in Watford. I was notified by letter by there Rickmansworth office (my flat was looked after by Watford initially) would be looking after the property. I had quite a bit of trouble with the tenant over a three month period. I found the Rickmansworth office to be on the ball and helpful. I only have one investment property that I rent out and had never had a problem before. I found Jane and others in the office to be very helpful, especially as I needed quite a bit of explaining about the different actions thast they could take on my behalf. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction ansd at all times I was kept informed and treated very well. I would recommend them as an agency and have re rented my property through them.
