an Absolute Nightmare from Beginning to End

This company is so unprofessional it's hard to believe. They were supposed to pick up and deliver a wardrobe to me. First of all they said they would deliver on Sunday after 10...nobody showed up and no phone call either. then they said they would deliver the next day afternoon. I waited again until 8 pm and even when I tried to phone them there was just a voice mail. The next day they sent some overweight housewife to deliver the wardrobe, which wasn't protected in anyway so lots of scratches. This stupid woman then dropped the heavy wardrobe on my head and toe and on top of everything she appearantly didn't have any change from the £100 I gave her (I only owed them £90). I sent several messages to the company owner without getting any reply. This whole thing cause me such stress that I was in tears most of the afternoon yesterday. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
