Incompetence in the extreme

Shaws installed some windows in 2012 with a ten year guarantee. When a minor fault developed earlier this year an engineer visited and actually caused a much bigger problem - by permanently locking a window shut. When I contacted Shaws to remedy the problem, they tried to charge me £60 to sort out THEIR problem. A company run by money hungry cowboys.
