Shiona Cranstoun is a qualified hypnotherapist, she is able to bypass the conscious mind with its anxious or analytical thoughts, without the use of drugs or any physical manipulation. Shiona is able to directly engage with a clients subconcious mind where the instinctive traits, patterns of behaviour and natural reactions are formed. By using positive suggestion and imagery Shiona is able to focus on the behaviours that the client wishes to change. The therapy is individually focused and significant positive change can be experienced and maintained.
