appalling housing office

They lack confidentiality. Any complaint goes immediately to who your complaining about.making the situation worst than it was.the housing officer's have no idea how they should be dealing with it..it ends up a worst problem than you started with. They side with who they choose especially if it happens to be an ex employee of the council.you don't stand a chance.it should be dealt with fairly.and no unfair priority given.also complaints should be checked before letters are sent out. In particular a resident of 25 years. Keeps his garden beautiful. Also upset with unfounded letters from the council. With complaints from the same tenant totally unfounded. Nothing better to do.always down the council complaining about someone.well known to them.this comment all complaints have to be investigated. Absolutely !! rubbish especially as they are well aware of this complaining tenant.commonsense should prevail
