COMPLETE CON!!! DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR MONEY!!!

This place completely ripped me off for a replacement car key. I was told that the key could be fixed and but it may not work. They took my money for the new key knowing full well that it wouldn't work and refused to return my money when it didn't claiming that i was infomed of a no returns policy when infact they just said that they are not sure it will work. They even manged to "lose" the key when I returned to pay. After making a big song and a dance of the key going missing and theatrically turning the store upside in front of me, they then decided that the key was lost. I said that I was not leaving without the key so they either find it or give me my money back and then as if by magic the key appears. The key barely resembled the original and wouldn't fit in the car lock at all. I came back to the shop to return the faulty key and was then told it could not be refunded because they couldn't guarantee it would work. After much debate the manager agreed to give a refund with a valid receipt- THEY DID NOT ISSUE A RECEIPT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I then explained to the manager that the staff that lost the key also failed to give me a receipt. The manager outright denied that this could be the case as it is company policy to give a receipt, despite the fact his staff are clearly incompetent because they are key cutters who lose the keys!!!!!!
