The Succesful or Disastrous (depending where you view it from) scheme has finally come to an end.Many FIAT's, Hyundai's Fords etc have been sold and are now on the road. When knock effect is that many cheaper cars, perfectly servicable have been consigned to the knackers yard. This has meant that there has been a shortage pretty much all year and I don't see this situation resolving itself any time soon.The car industry having had a succesful year in 2009, is bracing itself for a drop of in demand over the next few weeks, especially at the lower end of the market, where they have sold far in excess of their usual allocation and perhaps had to employ extra staff to deal with that.

This has been a long running saga, and as I understand it, the current developers having pulled out, is not due for commencement any time soon. We have been put in an awkward position, because the owners are not prepared to offer a lease with any decent time, and we are currently on a 1 MONTH contract.This has forced me to close the site at the end of September.We of course would be delighted if you still wished to bring your car to our new site in Godalming, just 75 yards from Godalming Train Station.
