Hybrid stepper motors and stepper drives

Our extensive ranges of Hybrid stepper motors can be provided in a variety of Nema frame sizes (NEMA8, NEMA11, NEMA14, NEMA16, NEMA17, NEMA23, NEMA34, NEMA42) and in three stack lengths. Hybrid Steppers are normally a 200 step motor supplied in Nema flange format and are used in full/half and microstepping options. New integrated motion system: MDrive plus and Mdrive Hybrid

Motion Control Products Ltd's new MDrive Plus range is highly integrated, high torque brushless motors with microstepping drivers, variable from NEMA17, 23 to NEMA34 operating at +12VDC- +75VDC for exceptional performance and smoothness.

The MDrivePlus can deliver improvements including enhanced communications, more drive voltage options (including 12-75V DC, 120V AC and 240V AC) and improved cast-aluminum heatsink. The system offers: 20 microstep resolution up to 51,200 (full step, degrees, metric and arc-minutes); as many as eight I/O lines; a sealed IP65 version; electronic gearing; analogue inputs up to 10V DC; high-speed position capture and a high-speed trip output.

MDrive Hybrid motion systems combine a flexible operating environment and long list of features, offering clear advantages in a cost effective package for a wide range of motion control applications such as: web tensioning, conveyors, bottle capping, medical automation, clamping, feeders, cut-to-length, package sorter, pick and place, and form, fill and seal.

MDrive Hybrid motion systems are available in NEMA motor sizes 17, 23 and 34. There are two versions available:
