Based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, Simply Contracts Ltd has over 60 years of combined experience in flooringinstallation, working in both the domestic and commercial sectors.
Our goal is not only to supply the materials, but to help the customer throughout the whole process of floor installation. Starting with advising you on picking the right material, fitting your floor with our expert team and professional after care advice, we aim to make the process easy and hassle-free.

Commercial flooring

Simply Contracts Ltd has many years' experience with all aspects of commercial flooring, carrying out work on numerous commercial projects including; hospitals, schools, colleges, churches, offices, shops, factories, and warehouses. We supply and fit commercial vinyl, wood, and laminate flooring, as well as commercial carpet and tiles amongst many other products.

Domestic flooring

At Simply Contracts Ltd we supply Quick-Step Laminate Flooring for your home or business, with experienced fitters ensuring your domestic flooring is finished to the highest quality to give you many years of beautiful flooring that is easy to maintain. With ready-made or bespoke flooring supplied and fitted to your requirements, a large range of samples is available in our showroom

Underfloor heating

Having many years' experience in flooring installation we are always looking to develop Simply Contracts Ltd in terms of flooring advancements, with the addition of our state-of-the-art underfloor heating system installation.
