I would highly recommend Sinclair Jones, as they offer a 'User Friendly' service, so helpful in tying to understand the complicated process of extending my lease. They dealt with the initial valuation advice and subsequently entered into negotiations with my landlord and agreed terms most acceptable to me, with which I was extremely pleased. Their charges were reasonable and I was able to communicate directly with the surveyor if I had a query, unlike many larger organisations who tend to fob off their clients!
