We are Modern Martial Arts Academy with traditional values. We teach PKA Kickboxing which uses the all the punching techniques of western boxing combined with kicking techniques from Japanese Karate. Kickboxing is great for full body conditioning as it uses the arms, legs and core during a workout; in fact many people use kickboxing purely as part of their fitness regime. However we also teach people who aspire to earn a Black belt using our traditionally graded syllabus. Finally there are also opportunities for those who want to compete in competitions. Classes run every Thursday 6.00pm-7.00pm for 5-11 year olds and 7.00pm-8.00pm for adults. Classes are held at the Tenbury Community Centre (just behind the Regal Cinema).
