Wing Chun Street Defence
Wing Chun Street Defence provides a friendly, ego-free approach to learning Wing Chun and is suitable for men and women of all ages. Young people between 12 and 18 are welcome provided their parents are in attendance during training.

Train hard...Fight easy
So you're interested in Martial Arts... Otherwise you wouldn't be looking at this site!!! I have been training with sifu Barry for about 10 months and Wing Chun has dramatically changed my view of the martial arts. Want to learn an absolutely brilliant skill that is technical and yet so simple , you'll be amazed what you can achieve under the first class instruction of sifu Barry Holland. Call in to see us train and you will want more...as I do..

Wing chun street defence
After trying for years in one style of martial arts. I fancied a change and something different. Wing chun street defence is that. I've been training for a few months now and thoroughly enjoy it. It certainly trains your brain. Every lesson is lesson planned to help every level student there, whether your s beginner or advanced. Barry is a fantastic instructor and Is very patient with all his students. First lesson is free and pricing is very low for a one hour session of £5. Also one to one session can be booked to help advance. Definately a worth while try if you are into martial arts.

Wing Chun Street Defence
The Class: the class is a fantastic opportunity for beginners of martial arts/kung fu to find out if wing chun is right for them. My first class was free, everyone was very friendly, there were other beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. Private lessons with Mr Barry Holland: If you find you are keen to learn more wing chun at an accelerated rate then private lessons are great too, they are working for me. Good price at £30 per hour, much more is learnt due to the 1:1 nature of private lessons and any mistakes are easily fixed due to the close supervision of the instructor. Overall: I am very satisfied with the service provided. The class functions well together and welcomes newcomers, the more experienced kung fu practitioners are given the chance to learn more advanced elements of the art (as is everyone once they are ready), prices are notably low for a martial arts school and the friendly yet motivated environment really does help everyone with their own wing chun. Wing chun is by far the most effective martial art from a practical street defense point of view that I have tried. This art form builds self-confidence, respect and of course self defense skills, amongst other things. I would highly recommend giving Wing Chun Self Defense in Chipping Norton a shot if you are looking tobegin learning or continue learning wing chun.
