Service wash rip off
I took 3 duvets for a service wash and collected the next day to find I paid for a product that was not washed as it had the same stains and smells. I took the items back but the attendant was adamant she washed the duvets. I placed one duvet under the hot tap and the water was flowing of dirt so please be aware you will lose your money if requesting a service wash.
