Manufacturing defects
Sold as premier quality, but definitely second quality manufactured with little care and in a hurry with incorrect use of a nail gun making depressions more than 5mm deep and in some cases 7mm deep. Nails frequently have missed securing wood. The shiplap lets in water even after painting with the recommended Protec paint. Roof trim fixed 15mm proud of felt at the roof egdge all round and at the lower side this prevents easy run off of water allowing it to pool at the edge. The recall team fixed the missed nails and added several more screws to fix the base to the bearers. I was left to fix the rest.
