About
Skip2bfit provides educational workshops in schools. the skip2bfit workshop uses skipping as a basis for motivating children to improve in their class work. Using ropes which count the number of skips you do we motivate the children and are very cross-curricular including numeracy, science and PSHE.
Our box2bfit programme is for senior and junior schools. It is a highly active fitness circuit all set to music using non-contact boxing exercises. It is fun and different.
