Poor Quality Product & Customer Service
Unfortunately there are elements of this brand of e cigarette that are substandard in terms of quality. Whilst it is healthier than smoking it is certainly not cheaper as buying new components from smarmy salesmen to replace their faulty products becomes more costly than smoking. Not just in monetary terms but time. I for one will be happy when there is more competition on the high street for these products as it may force these cowboys to offer better customer service and product.
