Visited here today as I was looking for a new mattress. To start with I thought there was no one actually working as no staff to be seen. As I was about to leave a man came out of the what I presume is the office, This member of staff most unhelpful, could offer no real description of the mattresses, vaguely pointed at couple of them and basically left me to it. Not what I expected at all so as i could not get the service i required and would expect I left and went elsewhere to purchase my mattress. I would not rate this place at all
