Sold to me by North Wales Water Gardens - to pump collected rainwater up to a header tank 3.5 metres. This pump does not appear to have the capacity to do this. I will be buying an alternative pump.

Dobbies of Ashford in Kent. Bought a Mermuda Filterforce Bio filter pond kit. ( BER0700 ) After 3 months, the pump packed up and Dobbies were very helpful and replaced it. Now the UV attachment has failed. Dobbies once again were helpful, but no longer keep this model in stock. They have given me your telephone number but no one answers it. Please can you help with this problem?
