Very poor flower arrangements
This shop took my order for a funeral arrangement with a description of exactly the flowers I wanted for someone very dear to me and the shop managed to completely ignore my request and provided a selection of flowers bearing little resemblance to the selection I had ordered. When confronted about the poor arrangement the shop assistant that the ordering of flowers was not her responsibility and that she would be unable to alter the arrangement because the flowers were not available in the shop and in any case I did not have the time to return and change them.
