We are however doing as much as we can to reduce our impact as much as we can and encourage others to do the same. Designing and installing energy efficient equipment may cost slightly more in the first instance but the savings are endless for both the end user and our environment. Solar and wind power for lighting and heating and recycling rain water along with installing energy efficient lighting and heat-pump technology for heating and cooling processes are just a few ways we can help. (See our newsletter on what we have installed at our workshop to save energy)Of course all of these machines require power services and we can supply, install, test and repair drains, water, air, gas and electrical services using ROHS compliant parts from quality controlled suppliers so all parts are traceable through the supply chain to the end user. Computer printouts of test results and history reports can also be forwarded to the customer so you have a total costing and control on how much is spent on maintenance and repairs to equipment along with equipment age and current condition. History reports can also detail work carried out and parts fitted to show any inherent problems.We also offer other monitoring services which can send a message to our on-call engineers 24Hrs a day (or yourselves) alerting us of a potential problem so calls are addressed and repaired quicker saving time, money and waste.Waste is a problem for us all which is why we recycle the majority of all our waste (approximately 92%) requesting that all engineers bring their waste back to our workshop to be stripped down and recycled. We are currently looking at ways to reduce this more to prevent any waste going to landfill. Mail, invoices and reports can be sent by e-mail or web services to reduce paper waste from unnecessary printout and envelopes / packages.
