Water leak in the bathroom
I had a leak behind the tiling in my bathroom, water started coming down into the kitchen (thats when i first noticed), had to call in 3 other plumbers before I contacted these people and they located the problem. It turned out to be a very expensive job, but through thier initiative I just had to pay my insurance excess!! I was covered through my building insurance and hadn' even realised
