Love my new bathroom
Really great bathroom and workmanship. I’ve marked down on the comms because emails don’t get answered and nor does the phone and it’s really frustrating as a customer (paying upwards of £7k) when you have to email multiple times chasing things up - you end up feeling like you’re stalking them! Mix up on order but that was resolved. Couple of workman bits needed fixing after completion which I had not spotted but overall, I love my bathroom and the fitters were excellent. Clean, tidy, polite & efficient. I would recommend but you’ll have to be quite firm and patient with the back office as it’s pretty unresponsive.

Splashout
We have just had a new bathroom designed and fitted by Splashout. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the team were pleasant and took care to keep everywhere tidy. We are very pleased with the bathroom and would definitely use Splashout again.
