Refused to refund my money
I tried to return a product that was not fit for the purpose intended. Splendid pets refused to refund my money claiming it was the manufacturers responsibility and they were just the seller . I explained under the sale of goods act my contract was with splendid pets and they had a statutory responsibility but this was ignored
