Injury Rehab
Once we have assessed you injury, first line treatment will be applied in your first session. From there we will plan your rehabilitation, including exercise prescription from the acute stage through to your 'return to play' fitness. Exercises will be easy for you to carry out in your own home, and progressed steadily once you can pass each stage pain free.

Post Exercise Massage
This massage is advised to be administered as soon after intense exercise as possible and for at least 30 minutes to avoid the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) that is so disabling and detrimental for training.

We will talk over the area which may be bothering you, and through questioning and physical tests we will come to an educated theory as to the underlying problem. From here treatment will include joint mobilisations and manipulations, trigger point work
