Abusive and explosive staff member
Went to hire a van the other day, parked my car in the car park at springbank garage when I got out I had one of the staff members shouting at me and my friend saying we hit her car when opening the door which was untrue, it was a windy day and there's was a loud bang that came from somewhere but it wasnt my car door hitting hers, if it had hit her car there would of been a mark but when we checked it there was not a scratch on it. When I complained to manager about her attitude I was told it was my word against hers. Also she was smoking 20ft from the forecourt where there is petrol pumps and when I said to the manager about it she says that's where we all smoke. I would stay well clear of this garage as they have no customer skills and you could go up in a big bang with there smoking just feet from petrol pumps.

Dont use them
I was recently towed in by the AA after a breakdown. Asked for a price for repair after the fault being diagnosed by the AA. When I refused the garage price they wouldn't let me take the car until I paid a fee for them putting together an estimate. My car is being held to ransom. Extremely unethical.
