Springhill Cemetery only on paper
This cemetery has yet to be developed. First requirement is the construction of a huge new roundabout on the A461 to allow safe entry to the site. Burial plots are being sold 'off plan' based on the profit to be made on resale. The site is right next to the BNRR Motorway to it's NE boundary and a Scrap -Vehicle Dismantler Yard to it's SW. Is it calm and peaceful as claimed ? Also, the farm is a former pig farm so ethnic minority customers should check via MAFF or Land Registry maps.
