Highly recommended
My two children started Tae Kwon Do at the St. Albans school in 2005. The Instructors are very good and seem to be really able to motivate everyone. Classes are varied, always changing from lesson to lesson. My eldest loves the family classes, as they run cardio workouts to music and the self defence is very practical and realistic. I would recommend these classes to everyone.
