Sports and relaxing massage by Chartered Physiotherapists

At St Judes our therapeutic massage treatments are carried out by Chartered Physiotherapists. With their vast knowledge of anatomy and physiotherapy experience, you know you are in safe hands.

We offer two types of massage: relaxing soft tissue and a more intensive sports massage. Choose from 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The stroking effects of massage help with the removal of lactic acid and encourage the muscles to take up oxygen and nutrients, aiding recovery. Our experienced Physiotherapists can help break down scar tissue from previous injuries or trauma which can affect muscle, tendons and ligaments. Sessions are often used as a regular treatment to aid recovery and ease tight muscles.
