Stagecoach Theatre Arts is a national organisation with 21 years experience in training young people in the performing arts. Cambridge has been running for 15 years. Many children have gone on to have a successful career in the theatre.
Children aged from 7-18 years old come to us for 3 hours a week to train in singing, acting and dancing. These classe are weekdays and weekends. We perform twice yearly for parents and enter our children for accredited drama exams (Lamda) on a regular basis. We also train younger children aged 4-7 in our Early Stages classes for 1.5 hours a week. All these classes are at weekends.l
All our schools are inspected by an independent team of inspectors annually without prior warning. we have an active and regularly reveiwed child protection policy. We have a dedicated agency seeking professional perfomance opportunities for our childern. Our parents receive written reports and also 6 complimentary copies of a professional magazine " Young Performer" every year.
With over 700 theatre schools worldwide and more than 40,000 students, Stagecoach is the longest running and most successful performing arts schools network in the world. We ensure that each child gets the most out of their experience by building life skills and confidence while having lots of fun. Children Aged 6-18 Years participate in the three disciplines of the performing arts in a weekly three hour session. Children are split into three groups of similar ages and study each discipline for one hour in detail. They are taught to express themselves creatively and effectively whilst learning at their own speed Children Aged 4-6 Years - 'Early Stages' will introduce your child to drama classes, dance classes and singing classes in a 90 minute session, split into 30 minute classes. Classes are restricted to 15 children, allowing us to nurture young talent whilst encouraging and inspiring those who might need additional confidence.
Reports twice a year. Free "Young Performer " magazines each term. Inspections carried out each term. All professional shows at the Corn Exchange use Stagecoach children as do the Chisinau Opera Company. National Agency also available.

I enrolled my daughter with Stagecoach Cambridge at the age of 4 ½ and I really haven't looked back. Like many parents I've enrolled my daughter onto a plethora of extra curricular activities; however, I believe it is Stagecoach Cambridge that has helped her thrive both personally and academically. The drama, dancing and singing have given her a new realm of confidence; she has developed a better way to express herself and in turn her school work has really excelled.

When we were concerned about our daughter Esmee's confidence we looked for a drama school as an option to help her. We opted for Stagecoach Cambridge. We had to sit with her on her first visit to early stages, she was teary and wanted to go home. After a couple more sessions she was there on her own joining in. . 3 years later, she's now in the main school and about to appear in Annie at the Corn Exchange! Fantastic enviroment, positive and structured teaching. Highly recommended.

My daughter Verity has just completed her first term at Stagecoach Cambridge and has loved every minute of it. It's the highlight of her week. All the staff have a fantastic relationship with the pupils, expertly developing the particular confidence and skills each child needs to grow. Wonderful opportunities (Verity has already performed on the West End Stage!) and a stimulating and nurturing environment...well done Angharad!

Angharad and her team are exceptional in their roles within stagecoach, understanding each and every child's needs, weather more confidence is required or channelling more theatrical children. My daughter has been attending Stagecoach, Cambridge for a few years now and not only has she had the most amazing opportunities performing at the Cambridge Corn Exchange in productions of Joseph and Annie to name a few she has been taught the right techniques for singing, dancing and drama.

My daughter Isabelle has been attending Stagecoach Cambridge for 2 years and enjoys every minute of it.. Holiday Workshops are according to my daughter the best thing she has ever done - even giving her the chance to meet top West End Stars! The Principal works hard to give all her pupils the best opportunities and to make every class exciting - Singing, Dancing, Acting. Not to add some of the best well trained teachers. I think my son who is 2 is definitely awaiting his chance to join in!
