Holidays (Self Catering) in Aberdovey
Plas Panteida
Aberdovey
Gwynedd

The property is situated 3 miles from Aberdyfi on the hillside overlooking the estuary. Otters, buzzards and red kites are all frequently seen from the terraces, and a wide array of waterfowl, waders, and seabirds are visitors at each low tide.
The Daily Telegraph described the view from Glandyfi Castle as "undoubtedly the most magnificent view from any house I know in Britain". We would disagree as we face the castle and without doubt the southerly view from our terraces is even more breathtaking. Aberdyfi itself has an award-winning links golf course, sailing, fishing, and a host of other watersports. The Riverside in nearby Pennal is renowned for its good food.
The BBC's popular Springwatch series visits the RSPB's Ynys-hir reserve during May and June. The reserve is across the estuary from the farm and apartments.
Each of the four luxuriously appointed apartments has a large south-facing terrace with wide reaching views of the stunning Dyfi Estuary, an RSPB and Unesco Biosphere site.
There is a private parking area accessed via electrically operated main gates to the properties. Each apartment has designated parking space(s).
Underfloor heating has been fitted throughout with thermostatic controls to each room. The floors in all areas are oak apart from the bathrooms which are tiled and the internal doors are also oak.
All the apartments have numerous luxury light fittings and external lighting on the terraces, televisions, and CD players.
There is a large communal courtyard area with an abundance of plants.
The Old Stables are located in a spectacular position in Plas Panteidal, three miles up stream from Aberdovey (Aberdyfi in Welsh) on the southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park.
