The sort of builder that gives them a bad name. Wrangled over everything, cut corners at every turn. Had no sense whatsoever os trying to make the best of my space and design; but instead shoved in units and hammered up stud walling to exert least effort for most profit- all the while telling me things had to be done that way due to placement of mains sewage etc. Two years later I had it all ripped out after a surveyor advised that plumbing could easily be done the way I had originally wanted. Holdsworth also fitted terrible plumbing and used a "mate" to do the electrical work- for this sub-contracted work he charged my 4 times the going rate but he became so nasty when I tried to dispute the charge I just paid and counted my losses.
