The practice established in Devon when Stephen and family moved to Morchard Bishop in 1998 and quickly gained the knowledge of working with local materials such as stone and cob construction and through living and working in a listed building.

We have gained a reputation of success with planning applications of all types and particularly for listed buildings. Though our rapport with the local planning authorities throughout the region, we specialise in the complex fields of new housing in open countryside, conservation areas, barn conversions and planning appeals.
