Both Cathy and I have gone through what seemed to be very challenging times in our lives, only to discover that through pain, experience and acceptance, enormous spiritual growth can happen. Together we shared a dream to provide a variety of services for those looking to improve their lives using holistic goods and therapies. Our services are designed to compliment traditional health care, allowing our clients a personal choice so the two can work hand in hand.

We believe in order to understand your life and its purpose, a journey of self discovery unfolds. This often can be painful as we learn our lessons and take steps to become more loving, tolerant and accepting, leaving behind old rigid patterns of behaviour and becoming more enlightened in our outlook.
