terrible customer service. I called in advance to tell them that I was interested in a particular car. Was coldly shown the car when I arrived, and afterwards I was shown the documents of the vehicle. as we talked about the car, the guy (Steve) seemed to make an effort to discourage me from buying it. Eventually, I asked if I could take it for a test drive. after hesitating a bit, he said this was impossible because there were just too many other cars in the way and it would take a long time to get it ready, so I had to come back another day. it could be because they are very focused on financing (it seems to be an important part of their business), and I did mention fairly early in the discussion that I wasn't interested in financing, or maybe they are simply incompetent. either way, avoid this place at all costs!
