I would say that Steve's enthusiasm in respect to the design of the kitchen and what we wanted to achieve, was important when deciding on a cabinet maker, in addition to the person also being local to us too. Steve successfully interpreted all our ideas into our finished kitchen. I am really pleased with the quality of the cabinetry given the price we have paid for the kitchen. Very good value considering it is a bespoke kitchen we now have! There are so many elements of the kitchen I'm pleased with that I can't tell you which bit is my favourite. The spice rack has made cooking curries so much easier and hassle free. The larder unit in itself has turned out more stunning than anticipated, and the sink next to the window is so lovely. The oak over-mantel and oak cupboards are just what I wanted and look equally stunning.

“We looked at various kitchens from High Street stores and were not very impressed. Our project was relatively complex and we subsequently decided that a bespoke handmade kitchen was most likely to provide the best solution. We were also very keen to use the skills of a local company and after seeing an advert in a local magazine made an appointment with Steven. Prior to placing our order we visited a recent customer who provided an excellent reference. First and foremost we wanted to work alongside someone who we could trust and someone who would listen to our ideas and also offer their expertise. It was brilliant that you could actually visit the workshop and see cabinets during various stages of manufacture. You could see and touch the quality and workmanship being produced by Steven and his team. We had always wanted a Shaker style, hand-painted kitchen. We knew we wanted a certain size rail and Steven was able to provide that. It was very important that we were able to see an actual cabinet and after seeing cabinets in the workshop we knew we had chosen correctly. The cabinetry quality is fantastic, they are beautifully made, and the best we have seen! We obtained several quotations for the total package and Steven's quotation was competitive – in fact not more expensive than the High Street stores who of course were unable to offer a bespoke handmade design and build solution.
