Our services range from software support, hardware repairs, server installation, network implementation, data recovery, security systems, web design, search engine optimisation, bespoke web solutions, IT equipment recycling and much more. In fact, it would be easier to ask us what we do not cover.

We know that IT systems play a vital role in the operation of any business. So when a vital piece of the IT infrastructure malfunctions you need it repaired quickly and with the minimum of hassle.

After one quick call to us you are assured of a fast response. Once our engineer is onsite and initially assessed the situation, we can provide an approximate quote on the cost of the repair. This keeps you informed throughout the support process and ensures there are no nasty surprises.

You do not need to have a contract to request our services are we are not exclusive and our doors are open to all manner of businesses.

The two main support packages are "Incident Support" or "Maintenance Agreement". For incident support you call us out when there is an issue and only pay for that issue to be resolved. This is charged at £35.00 per hour and we have a free call out to all companies within our catchment area. If you are looking to fix IT support costs you can go for a maintenance contract with a fixed number of hours per month. This has the advantage of being less expensive than the incident support and any hours not used are rolled over until the end of the contract.

All of our website's are professionally designed and implemented. To ensure that the client gets what they want the process is divided into three parts. Part 1 - Initial Design, Part 2 - Design Implementation & Part 3 - Completion. Each part allows the client to see what form the site will take. The three part system also applies to the payment for the service. The overall cost is agreed upon and the 1st payment is invoiced before work commences. The 2nd payment is invoiced once the design is confirmed. Upon completion the final payment is invoiced thus ensuring that the client is satisfied.
