We are a family business specialising in the design, supply and installation (or supply only if you have your own wetroom or bathroom installer) of wetrooms in Guildford, Camberley, Surrey and surrounding areas.
We are based in Camberley and bathrooms, wetrooms and natural stone are our passion. We design your bathroom using one of the best pieces of software in the industry, allowing you to get a realistic visualisation of what can be achieved.

Terrible After Sales Service
To anyone thinking of using Stone & Chrome, we would say think long and hard. They do have some good ideas and were helpful during the initial installation at our house, but behind the glossy showroom and websites there is little depth. They claim that they have an excellent aftersales service but in our experience it is a farce. For the past twelve months, since September 2012 we have been unable to get Stone & Chrome to come and fix outstanding work. Stone & Chrome were contracted to design, supply and install a shower room in our main bathroom and to make improvements to an existing ensuite bathroom. Work was substantially completed in September 2012 and final payment was made to Stone & Chrome on the 21st September 2012. That was our big mistake. Having made the final payment we have not seen them since. The work that is outstanding includes a faulty ceiling light fitting, a KBS radio that was supposed to be DAB, but they only installed an FM radio, and a sub-standard Hansgrohe basin tap. We have repeatedly set up appointments which they have either failed to attend or have cancelled at the last minute. We received commitments that items "out of stock" were in, but after more missed / cancelled appointments we are still unable to get them to honour their contract. Basically we have a “ 12 months warranty” that is worthless since they never turn up. It is a shame as they started off friendly and helpful, but it seems once they got their money, they lost interest and obviously don’t know what fulfilling a contract or providing an aftersales service means.

Brilliant job of bathroom!
Stone & Chrome have given me and my family a stunning bathroom! From The first day we went in, we felt very welcomed. We paid for the design service, and Jim came back with some brilliant ideas that we would never of thought of! We now have a stunning bathroom with a wetfloor, a sound system, lots of storage areas and lit with LEDs. Both Mel & Jim are very friendly, and helped us within our budget! Upon purchasing the goods, we even got the money back of the design fee! They offered to find fitters, electricians etc. for us, but we already had that sorted. Thank you for our bathroom!

Very pleased
Stone and chrome were recommended by a work colleague. We had two bathrooms to refurbish and we were unsure about wetrooms. We found the showroom and saw exactly what we wanted. We opted for a home wellness room ( pure luxury) and a wetroom. Adam was a delight to have in the house ( as were Kevin & Jim). We are over the moon with the result. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic service
We were tired of visiting uninspiring showrooms and almost decided not to redo our ensuite. Until we drove past a billboard that guided us to stone and chrome. Wow. Excited by the showroom and the obvious passion for their work, we had stone and chrome refurbish our ensuite. Fantastic. We are so pleased, you hear all sorts of horror stories these days and it was so nice not to worry about anything. Not cheap, but the best quality workmanship and attention to detail we've ever seen.
