About Service
We pride ourselves on ensuring that you get exactly what you want, when you want it. Orders received by us by 4pm will be despatched on the same day with delivery within 1 - 3 working days. Most deliveries are via Royal Mail or courier depending on the weight of the item(s). However, we use our own van drivers to deliver to many locations within the South West.
We will email you to advise when your order has shipped and will give the expected date of delivery.

Streamline's excellent service
I have found that Streamline offers excellent service. The team of friendly staff are available at the end of the phone or email. They have regularly provided advice on product availability and will search for the most suitable product for you. The despatch of goods is very prompt, and if products are out of stock they will always try to source a suitable alternative. My experience of using this company has been that they are first class!
