Bad customer service
Having asked him to quote on a job and being promised 6 weeks wait, it is now well over 6 weeks and still being told at least another 2 to 3 weeks. No correspondence from him to advise of delays. When approaching him about this and also about having lost ineterst and suffering bank charges due to getting money for the work to be carried out at the 6 week wait period. His attitude is very negative. tewlling the customer (myself) 'sh*t happens' as he put it and then hanging up on the phone. I certainly now wont use him nor recommend him.

excelent bricklayer! did a fantastic job of my front and back garden! i now have a beautiful garden wihch i can enjoy my summer cocktail garden parties!
