Suda Thai Cuisine in Carleton opened its doors in January 2009. Owner Suda uses traditional recipes, complementing these with her unique brand of cuisine to bring an exceptional taste to the menu. Many herbs, spices and vegetables are imported from Thailand and all dishes are individually prepared, ranging from mild to Thai-style (very hot). For the more adventurous, Suda will be happy to create a special dish for you. Singha beer is available on draught along with a small selection of wines. Suda is open for takeaway seven days a week but also has a small number of tables providing an intimate and welcoming area for diners within a contemporary and stylish setting. There is a takeaway delivery service available from Sunday to Thursday which covers Over Wyre, Stanley Park, Layton, Bispham, Poulton, Thornton, Cleveleys and Fleetwood.
