Sue Jenden graduated in Law from Kent University and took the Law Society Final exam at Guildford Collage of Law qualifying as a solicitor in 1984. A career in private practice followed for the next 15 years. Sue Jenden Associates was set up by Sue in 2007 under the Institute of Professional Will Writers offering services in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning. There are fixed fees for all Writing writing and power of attorney services. Sue holds The Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners Certificate in Trusts & Estate Preparation. A STEP qualification is considered the industry's highest qualification. Meetings can be at the client's home or work place or at our offices on the outskirts of Birmingham at Lickey. Meetings can be outside working hours and at weekends if that suits the client.
