What are the contract and payment terms?

50% deposit is paid upfront before we start working on the project and 50% upon delivery of the completion. When paid, the video is released and made available for digital download in glorious full 1080p HD resolution and can be embedded in any number of websites you wish.

How do you typically deliver you videos?

Most animations are 1-2 gigabyte in size and the video is delivered as a downloadable full HD 1080p original file on Vimeo in just a few hours after completion. Upload to an FTP is also an option but is slower. The standard video delivery format is original Quicktime .MOV, 1920 x 1080 (1080p HD) with a frame rate of 24 frames/second at 100% quality setting. Audio is 2 channels stereo, sample rate 48 kHz. We can also quickly convert the video to 720p HD for faster playback on slower internet connections if needed at no extra cost.

How long does it take to produce a one-minute animated video?

Normally, it will take about 2-3 weeks per 60-seconds of animated explainer video, depending on the complexity, the style, desired elements and amount of detail in the video. For example a video that has many characters to be designed and illustrated and a lot of background artwork and many scenes can take 4 weeks for 60-seconds video while a simpler 90-seconds video could take 2 weeks. When the script/storyboard is finished it's possible to estimate how long it will take to produce.
