DON'T TRUST THIS GARAGE

Last year I decided to do a full service to my Lexust at Supertyres Motorist Centre at Welwyn Garden City. It was done in quite efficient manner and I have received a full bill with all the details of work done. A year later, just few days ago I went to do another yeraly full service with another firm, I knew it was friendly and absolutely proffesional. This is where I learnt that: 1. Supertyres Motorist Centre did not exchange fuel filter. Sscrew was rusty & damaged and it took a couple of hours only to open this. The old filter look just terrible! My friends from the new garage proved beyond any doubt that noone looked inside for several years! 2. Unbelievable, but Supertyres Motorist Centre did not hesitate to lie about exchange of said filter and put the costs of filter the job on my bill ! NEVER NEVER TRUST THIS GARAGE AND CHOSE DIFFERENT VENDOR !
